Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information stored in a browser by websites. Related technologies may also store preferences or support security, embedded services or analytics. Whether these technologies operate on a given visit depends on the website features and providers involved.

Identified essential cookie

The following cookie is set by the reviewed BTR application when an authorised administrator logs in, not when an ordinary visitor merely browses the website:

• btr_admin_session: first-party, HTTP-only admin authentication cookie; used to maintain the authenticated admin session. Configured lifetime: up to 12 hours. It is not an advertising cookie.

Hosting, security and other third-party services may use additional technologies depending on the deployed configuration. These require a browser-level audit before the policy can be treated as final.

Third-party content and linked services

The Contact page offers Google Maps. The map is not loaded merely because you open that page. If you select “Display Google Map”, your browser connects directly to Google; Google may receive technical information and use cookies according to its practices. Read Google's Privacy Policy.

Links to WhatsApp, social platforms and other external websites may connect you to third parties when you select them. Their browser storage and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

The reviewed application source did not identify an enabled Google Analytics or Meta Pixel integration. This is not a guarantee that later deployments or connected services will have no other cookies.

Your choices

You may simply leave the Google map unloaded. You can also manage cookies through your browser's site settings, although blocking essential admin-session cookies will prevent admin authentication.

No optional analytics or advertising cookie preference banner is currently offered by the reviewed application. If BTR activates such technologies, the relevant disclosures and a mechanism to reject or change optional choices must be implemented where required.

Changes and contact

We will update this notice when the actual cookies, providers, purposes or controls change. If you have questions about your information, write to our Privacy Policy page or email the published BTR privacy contact.
