Group quotations and confirmation

Submitting an AFCON 2027 enquiry requests a proposal only. Accommodation, ground transport, destination services, capacity and prices depend on the final programme and supplier availability. A quotation does not confirm a booking.

Payment, amendments and cancellation conditions

Before asking clients to confirm a booking or make a payment, BTR will provide the applicable AFCON 2027 Booking Terms & Conditions, including the agreed payment milestones, amendment and cancellation provisions, and supplier-specific booking conditions. These may differ depending on accommodation, transport and other selected components.

Match tickets and hospitality

Tickets and hospitality are separate from BTR travel services unless secured through legitimate authorised channels and expressly confirmed. BTR does not claim official ticket allocations, accreditation or guaranteed stadium access.
